Seth Brown is a commercial real estate finance and asset management executive with more than 25 years of experience leading asset management, loan servicing, workout, receiverships, portfolio administration, borrower relations, and credit operations across institutional CRE portfolios. He has managed teams of asset managers overseeing more than $10B in loans and CRE assets across all asset types, as well as ground up construction, securitized portfolios and REO. Seth is known for building scalable processes, portfolio surveillance tools, and workflows that help lenders and investors manage risk with clarity.  Seth is a member of the Institute of Asset Management (IAM).

Randy Moothart is a commercial real estate asset management executive with more than 20 years of experience supporting portfolio strategy, loan servicing, oversight, and risk management across 18 billion dollars in CRE debt. He has worked with institutional platforms managing multi-billion dollar and structured products portfolios, helping credit and risk teams internate, and providing industry-wide leadership to client-level operational performance to make clear, actionable decisions. Randy is known for his relationship-driven approach, borrower engagement, and use of AI-enabled analysis to give community banks, credit unions, and partners earlier visibility into emerging credit issues and portfolio risk.
